What You’ll Do: As a key leader within the banking center, you will support the Banking Center Manager in driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a high level of team engagement. You will play an important role in creating a positive, customer-focused environment while helping develop associates and deliver strong business results. Qualifications You’ve Got This: * Minimum of 2 years of banking, retail sales, or management experience * Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a goal-driven environment * Strong sales mindset with the ability to support and drive team performance against goals * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in both one-on-one and group settings * Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion * Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Strong attention to detail with a focus on operational accuracy and compliance * Ability to collaborate effectively with associates and leaders across all levels of the organization * Professional, results-driven mindset with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment * Strong business acumen and ability to lead group discussions, trainings, and coaching sessions * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Willingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed
