JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Assistant Banquet Manager, you’ll provide leadership and support to the banquet staff by being a strong communicator and ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction and operating within the established budgets and goals. You’ll guarantee your team provides guests with exceptional food and beverages in a cultivated, timely and accurate fashion. The ideal candidate will be familiar with daily banquet operations including but not limited to, food, wine, spirits, and service techniques.
