Job Description We are looking for a passionate Banquet Leader to guide, inspire, and lead the banquet department at our property, delivering outstanding events and exceptional guest service. Plan, organize, and oversee banquet events including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social functions Analyze market trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Ensure seamless daily operations across banquet setup, service execution, and breakdown for all events Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with Accor brand standards. Regularly review guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate event details with clients, sales teams, chefs, and service staff Supervise, train, and schedule banquet staff to ensure proper coverage and service quality Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in banquet operations management Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of international cuisines, wines, and mixology. Proficiency in financial management, revenue analysis, and budgeting. Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence. Additional Information Additional Language is an added advantage.
