OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced and dynamic bar supervisors to assist our bar management team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a welcoming and positive personality a passion for customer service. This role requires a passion for delivering high-quality service in a vibrant environment, along with the ability to supervise staff effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Previous bar or restaurant or experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
