A unique, small venue that doubles as a craft beer shop and bar.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Bar Manager to support the daily operations of Beerfly. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality, excels in customer service, and is eager to take on some leadership responsibilities. The Assistant Bar Manager will work closely with the owners to ensure seamless service, maintain high standards of quality, and create a welcoming environment for guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality setting.
• Strong interest in craft beer.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Assist the owners in overseeing daily operations, including inventory, and customer service.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with rotation of stock which includes using our online management system.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised shop/bar.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support in planning and executing promotions & events.
