EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role within the restaurant or hotel industry.

  • Experience in culinary practices related to food preparation and production is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively, with excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both service delivery and inventory management.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create complementary food pairings for drinks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolutions are achieved promptly.
