Assistant Bar Manager
Darley Abbey Wine Bar is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, hands-on assistant manager to assist the wider management in the day-to-day running of the bar.
First & foremost we are looking for a customer service expert & a great personality to join the wine bar team. You will be talking to lots of customers here and delegating tasks to staff, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. You must be very organised, capable of prioritising and multi-tasking.
It is a varied role, which will see you trained on the bar, serving and hosting, as well as learning on our EPOS system and booking system. At Darley Abbey Wine Bar, we serve premium drinks, including an 80-strong wine list and 50+ whiskies, rums and gins. We are open Wednesday to Sunday every week.
There is a good prospect of expanding your role within the business as we continue to grow.
This is a 40 hour per week contract, at £27,000 per year.
