What is the role?
As the Assistant Bar Manager for our Kingpin Crown venue, you will lead our Bar Attendants with a passionate & nurturing style. Working as 2IC to our Bar Manager, you will be assisting with tasks where required, such as ordering stock, maintaining COG budgets and supervising the bar team on shift.
You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none!

Who are you?

• You must hold a valid Working with Children Check and RSA Certificate
• Prior leadership experience in a bar setting - ideally, you’ve supervised and trained a team in the past!
• You set the tone; you bring energy into your service and keep our guests engaged with every interaction
• Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing bar team
• Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
• Passionate about service standards & able to instill the same pride in your team
