We are looking for a motivated, personable, and energetic individual to join our team as an Assistant Bar Manager. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our operations, supporting our bar management, leading by example, and ensuring our customers leave feeling wowed! You must be approachable, professional, well-presented, and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll be joining Mango Above Bar, one of our independently owned bar & eateries in Southampton, serving delicious Thai Tapas and original, exciting cocktails. Many of our team members also work at our other venue, creating a dynamic and flexible working environment.

• Support the management team in day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and bar maintenance.
• Lead by example on a busy bar, providing excellent service and ensuring a high standard of drinks and food delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable bar environment at all times.
• Assist in daily operations, stock management, and staff scheduling
• Ensure customer satisfaction is consistently achieved, handling queries or issues professionally.
• Assist with implementing current trends, promotions, and cocktail innovations.
