This role combines hands-on service with leadership support, helping to maintain exceptional standards while fostering pride, trust, and belonging within the bar team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily bar operations, ensuring service is delivered to the highest standards
• Lead by example during service, maintaining calm, polished, and professional execution
• Build rapport with members, understanding preferences and encouraging repeat engagement
• Assist with training and supervising bartending teams
• Support stock management, ordering, and cost controls
• Ensure responsible service, licensing compliance, and service consistency
• Step in to manage the bar operation in the absence of the Bar Manager
