JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to help run our rural pub. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, ensuring a high standard of service and an exceptional guest experience. This role involves managing the bar staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. A passion for food preparation and culinary arts is essential, as well as the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Previous restaurant or pub experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
