ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER –

Location: Crowded House, Trinity CentreReports to: Bar Manager
As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will be the aiding the Bar Manager as a driving force behind the bar’s daily operations, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service, quality drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, and play a key role in menu development, stock management and staff training.
Key Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SALES:

• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service, from the first welcome to the final goodbye.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and guest loyalty.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a high-volume site.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative flair for cocktail creation and menu design.
• A passion for training and development of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £280,000.00 per year
