Assistant ‐ Benefits Administration ‐ Service Delivery (6 months contract) (BASED AT MAS LEGATO MALABE) MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. The time and operational efficiencies created through a shared services platform makes MAS Legato a critical component of MAS, as a future-ready organization.  Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure accurate completion of the claim management process, coordinate and process administrative benefits and facilities while coordinate with the insurance and other benefits service providers.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute all activations and deactivations of benefits in a timely and accurate manner, in order to maintain compliance for local & global entities. * Execute the claim management process for employees, ensuring claims are submitted to the respective service providers and processed in a timely manner. * Coordinate and process administrative benefits and facilities such as Mobile, dongle, Transport, meal, disturbance, vehicle and fuel, TL/GL, productive incentives, death donation payments etc.  * Liaise/ coordinate with the insurance providers and ensure that the required service is provided as per organizational standards and by adhering to the insurance provider’s requirements and engaging in negotiations as and when required. * Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for the need of innovative solutions/services concerning welfare/ engagement activities. * Maintain timely and updated Insurance policies and fulfil all tasks relating to the medical insurance scheme throughout the required period. * Drive a highly efficient and customer-focused insurance process, whilst liaising with relevant parties and proactively resolving relevant issues. * Ensure all documents pertaining to insurance claims are sent to internal parties/ Insurance providers in a timely manner and ensure/ maintain the documentation of same. * Responsible to coordinate and monitor employee movements and update Insurance company on the same. * Ensure timely, accurate and seamless execution of tasks related to Benefits Administration Service Delivery areas, whilst updating required documents and records as per specified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS  * Degree or a professional qualification in Human Resource Management.  * 1 year of experience in HR Operations and payroll.  * Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship management skills. * Good time management skills and IT literacy.
