Responsibilities BIM Leadership and Oversight: Assist the BIM Manager(s) with office-wide and project related BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement. Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards. Provide support for electronic file submission and Singapore BIM authoring submission. Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced. Supervise, develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards. Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of Revit specialist(s) to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of Architectural BIM model. Maintain high level of competency of software through continuous use and training. BIM Training: Assist the BIM Manager(s) to oversee and manage office-wide BIM capabilities and staff BIM training programme. Conduct just-in-time on-the-job training for project specific needs. Provide office-wide and project-based BIM orientation for new staff. Project Specific BIM Interface: Assist the BIM Manager(s) to oversee and lead BIM implementation at all project stages. Prepare BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for the projects and ensure on-going compliance and continual improvement. Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM. Monitor progress of BIM implementation to ensure it is according to project requirements and schedule. Ensure BIM deliverables satisfy the BIM delivery requirements of the project at all project stages. Oversee and specify BIM for FM requirements for projects where applicable, and review / verify contractor(s) compliance with BIM for FM specifications. Communicate with client(s), consultant(s) and contractor(s) to ensure effective implementation of BIM processes, documentation and BIM model deliverables. Chair BIM coordination meeting(s) to overview design coordination issues and generate clash detection reports at all project stages. Overview and review all relevant BIM authoring requirements and ensure compliant implementation. Hold / attend all project related BIM meetings and conferences. Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other office-wide and project-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as required. Requirements At least 12 years of relevant experience. Diploma in Architecture or equivalent from an accredited institution, with relevant experience in a similar role. Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) Management or equivalent from an accredited institution, with relevant experience in a similar role. Well-versed with 2D and 3D design software and technologies, such as AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft suite. Familiarity with scripting and computational tools (e.g. Dynamo, Python). Acute knowledge and application of planning and building codes and regulations, regulatory submissions and processes. Organised and methodical with attention to detail. Ability to take initiative, work methodically, and autonomously. An open and highly collaborative mindset and approach.
