They are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join the team and shadow a Senior Property Manager on a residential portfolio, locally to the office. This is a role that will give you key experience within the leasehold sector and will give you the chance to take on a small portfolio quickly. You will be sponsored to gain all market leading qualifications as well as having support and guidance from the directors of the business.

• Shadowing senior property managers on the larger portfolios based in Borehamwood
• Liaising with contractors for quotations of works
• Arrange day-to-day maintenance with third parties
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety

You will need to be a driven individual with a true passion for the real estate industry. You will have very strong experience of great customer service within a client facing role. You will be very good at time keeping and able to keep a tight schedule, while prioritising your workload effectively. This role will suit someone who is tenacious in their work approach and to be able to think outside the box. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, so working well autonomously as well as in a team environment is essential.

£35,000 + DOE
