We have an exciting leadership opportunity for our new and soon-to-open QVB boutique. We are seeking an exceptional and brand-aligned Assistant Boutique Manager to embrace our by charlotte vision and culture to deliver meaningful experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities

This role will report to the QVB Boutique Manager in our retail team and work closely with other key internal by charlotte stakeholders. You will:

  • Lead by example and provide an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating the by charlotte sales and service framework.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and brand to provide advice and recommendations as per our customers.
  • In collaboration with the Boutique Manager, is responsible for increasing their store VIP database and managing customer engagement.
  • Provide the Boutique Manager and Area Manager with regular in-depth analysis of business including sales, KPIs, customer updates, feedback, and reports.
  • In collaboration with the Boutique Manager, implement and drive allocated sales targets and KPIs to ensure sales growth.
  • Working with the Boutique Manager to maximise profitability by closely monitoring wage expenditure and sales trends.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in training, coaching, and developing all team members within their team across product knowledge, KPIs and sales & service framework.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and presented according to business guidelines.
  • Uphold relevant policies and procedures to ensure team comprehension and compliance, brand spirit and culture.
  • Always maintains a safe working environment aligned with Work Health and Safety standards and guidelines.
