As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll combine hands-on leadership, customer service excellence, and community engagement while helping Arbor Financial Credit Union expand in the Grand Rapids region. This role is ideal for candidates with management experience in fast food, retail, hospitality, or restaurants who thrive in people-focused environments. You’ll assist members with accounts, consumer loans, and issue resolution, while also ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. In addition, you’ll represent Arbor in community events and outreach efforts, helping to strengthen our presence and support our growth across West Michigan.
