In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day car and truck rental activities, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems proactively, meeting established sales goals, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Manage all day-to-day rental operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for rental customers, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and professional experience. Oversee all aspects of the rental experience, including check-ins, check-outs, cleaning of vehicles, and general fleet organization. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and rental transactions with accuracy and care. Maintain location standards, including cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company procedures. Promote additional products and services to enhance the customer’s experience. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Work hours will vary within our Monday-Saturday operating hours of 7am-7pm. Compensation & Benefits: Total earning potential: $45,000–$60,000 annually, including hourly base pay plus uncapped incentive bonuses for upgrades and additional services. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Physical ability to assist customers at the counter, including standing for extended periods. Availability to work daytime hours Monday–Saturday. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to stand, kneel, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to safely operate a wide range of vehicles (compact cars to moving trucks).
