Assists members with all related functions of their department. Assist Branch manager and VP of Operations, attend all related meetings, and be able to provide research for all assigned projects or assignments. Answer questions about products and services and provide problem resolution. Assist MSR II staff members with technical problems and questions relating to complicated products and regulations. Provide training to MSR II employees, which includes coaching for enhanced performance in all areas of job including sales and service. Identifies cross sell opportunities and cross sells services to members, brings up the conversation regarding the products and services and finalizes the business. Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports processed. Qualifications: Three to five years of similar or related experience. A two-year college degree, completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors. Previous banking management experience This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary starting at $63,000.00 depending on experience, education and qualifications.
