We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at CTD Newcastle-under-Lyme. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in retail branch supervisory or management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
