In this full-time role, you'll support the Branch Manager in leading branch staff, delivering exceptional member service, and driving sales and service performance with the expectation of meeting or exceeding both branch and individual goals. Requirements Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Minimum 2 years cash handling experience Minimum 2 years customer service experience Previous management or supervisor experience in a financial institution setting strongly preferred Previous lending experience in a financial institution strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent In addition to a background and credit check, candidates must be able to pass a drug screen Candidate must successfully pass an employment credit check. Any current delinquencies or bankruptcies still showing on the credit report may result in failure of the check. The review may include, but is not limited to, past due items, late payments, unpaid charge-offs, collections (non-medical), judgments, bankruptcies, repossessions, and foreclosures. *This position receives an hourly base rate and is eligible for additional unlimited, monthly incentive pay.*
