REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or GED 3+ years of prior Teller and CSR experience; Head Teller/Teller Lead experience strongly preferred KEY METRICS FOR SUCCESS A proven aptitude for clear, effective, and situationally appropriate communication with customers and bank personnel at all levels Keen observational and critical thinking skills, with a high degree of integrity Ability to independently and reliably follow policies, procedures, and regulations Ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action to prevent loss Willingness to "wear multiple hats" and genuinely participate in a supportive and collaborative team spirit PRIMARY JOB DUTIES Introduce and sell bank products Work independently while following policies, procedures, and regulations Practice critical thinking, to identify potential fraud, and take appropriate action to prevent loss Perform manager overrides as needed Assist with preparation of audit responses, as requested Assist the Branch Manager with routine branch procedures and security checks Provide occasional Teller/CSR support as requested by the Branch Manager or Retail Director Occasionally fill in as Branch Manager as needed Preserve the bank’s community culture by actively engaging with all customers and providing excellent customer service May also be responsible for approving the Universal Bankers' timecards and PTO requests on a biweekly basis Complete all assigned BSA and OFAC training by the due date. Open new accounts and conduct transactions in accordance with FCB's new account opening procedures and requirements, and the BSA-related polices: the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)Policy, the Customer Identification Program (CIP) Policy, and the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) Policy. Raise and report known or suspected violations of policy or law to your supervisor and/or to the appropriate bank authority in a timely fashion. Other duties as assigned
