SALARY $65,000.00 - $74,000 - COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure all branch staff comply with bank operating policies and procedures to avoid losses and maintain a satisfactory audit rating.
  • Open new business and personal accounts, including checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposits, Safe Deposit Boxes and all other accounts and services offered by the bank.
  • Monitor and evaluate the development needs of staff members; provide coaching and training to help staff members improve their knowledge, skills, and job proficiency.
  • Take personal ownership and pride with an entrepreneur mentality for the branch facility and premises.
  • Apply knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations pertaining to the banking industry.
  • Demonstrate analytical, decision making, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Supervise Teller balancing procedures, operate Teller window as needed and assist Tellers with problems and questions on procedures.
  • Manage customer complaints and service issues and research account problems
  • Serve as a positive role model and demonstrate FCSB values in all actions.
  • Prepare and conduct scheduled performance evaluations. Address and document performance issues.
  • Schedule branch employees, manage time off requests and approve weekly timecards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Order Branch cash, balance vault and ATM, Audit Teller cash drawers on a regular basis.
  • Performs various clerical duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of three to five years Branch sales, operations and supervisory experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of Banking procedures and regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft and Bank software knowledge.
  • Must possess superior people skills.
