Oversees branch staff and assists in the coordination and delegation of work assignments. Supports, and adheres to, the Bank’s strategic plan as well as established policies and procedures, and recommends changes to support prescribed requirements or enhance operational efficiencies. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and the community in which it serves. 1. Meet or exceed all financial objectives pertaining to individual goals and branch team goals. Engage with customers following established customer interaction model, to establish new customer relationships, retain and deepen existing customer relationships and provide highest customer service standards . Fulfill customer financial needs by utilizing sales process, which may include referring to business partners, and closing sales and completing Customer Summaries.  2. Provides broad range of customer service with the ability to open personal and Business Accounts.  Handles the more complex inquiries and problems.  Provides information and assistance to customers for effective promotion, sale, and servicing of the Bank’s various products and services.  Ability to research and analyze data to resolve customer problems    3. Manages Personal Banker Portfolio.     4. Ability to perform Teller Duties, balance branch.  May be responsible for vault, and teller cash in absence of UB III.  Helps maintains Branch Cash Vault and branch limits – May order and ship, coin & currency.    5.
