We are looking for an assistant service manager to join our Renfrewshire branch. Our main office is in Paisley, but we support individuals throughout Renfrewshire locality. The Assistant Service Manager will have responsibility for assisting the service manager with the delivery and overall management of Renfrewshire home care services. Overall responsibilities will include line managing the Care coordinators, and home care workers.
You will have experience of care planning, outcome focused planning and achievements, from assessment to reviews and service delivery.
Experience of working with local authorities, Care Inspectorate and have good knowledge of Health and social care standards and all relevant legislation and regulation.
