Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy estate agency based in Cathays. The successful candidate will assist in managing the team, overseeing operations across lettings and property management, and ensuring clients receive a first-class service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in leading daily operations across lettings and property management
  • Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations with prospective clients and tenants
  • Support team performance through mentoring, training, and daily supervision
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
  • Contribute to achieving monthly targets and KPIs across all service lines
  • Manage client communications and resolve issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to help drive growth
