As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability. 2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Train and develop branch staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. 5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales. 7. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers. 8. Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained. 9. Handle cash management and ensure proper handling of cash transactions in accordance with company policies. 10. Assist in preparing reports on branch performance, sales, and inventory levels. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role. 3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. 6. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth. 7.
