Job Details: Rymar North America is now hiring a Full Time Assistant Branch Manager for our Burnaby, BC location - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
The ideal candidate would have both sales and operations experience in a leadership roll.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and thoroughly
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in Customer Service, Sales and Operations
Leadership experience strongly preferred, with the ability to guide and support team success

Responsibilities
  • Ensure clients/customers are followed up with and contacted in a timely fashion
  • Receive & process orders using inventory management software
  • Process payments via POS Terminal
  • Organize Shipping & Receiving
  • Oversee Inventory management operations
  • Anticipate customers needs and recommend best products accordingly
  • Work closely with the team to ensure office operation runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Provides quality service by following organization standards
  • Resolve any internal and external issues
  • Other duties as assigned
