Job Details: Rymar North America is now hiring a full time Assistant Store Manager for our Tampa, FL location. The ideal candidate would have both leadership and sales experience.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and thoroughly
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Sales, Leadership, and Operations

Responsibilities
  • Ensure clients/customers are followed up with and contacted in a timely fashion
  • Process payments via POS Terminal & Quickbooks
  • Oversee Inventory management operations
  • Resolve any internal and external issues
  • Anticipate customers needs and recommend best products accordingly
  • Work closely with the team to ensure warehouse operation runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Provides quality service by following organization standards
  • Other duties as assigned
