Description Job Summary Responsible for the sales/service activities, leadership/management, operating budget, profitable growth, and operational integrity of the assigned branch while delivering superior customer service. You will lead the team by conducting training’s, process transactions, open new accounts and complete loan documents. Job Responsibilities Ensure the daily branch sales/service activities support the overall corporate objective of providing superior client service Focus individual and team efforts on client acquisition, retention and relationship growth/expansion. Proactively leads branch team, and participates, in the needs-based selling of bank products and services Manage personnel activities and needs through training, career counseling/development, hiring, counseling, salary recommendation, and performance appraisals, etc. Manage and coordinates activities to implement policies, procedures and practices concerning each employee’s functions as well as small consumer loans. Manage the branch portfolio for optimum performance. Focus on business prospects/clients, business owners and high net worth individuals. Train team members in the area of client service, sales, operations, regulatory requirements, bank products, etc. Contacts customers and business, community and civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new business. Ensure that office audit(s) are rated at satisfactory or better in assigned branch Must demonstrate knowledge of the industry in terms of laws and regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act relative to this job’s responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Minimum 5-7 years as Branch Manager preferred or equivalent banking experience Good verbal and written communication skills Supervisory skills needed Work Environment Banking Center – Business/retail work environment.
