REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in F&B.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, including kitchen and service areas.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.

• Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of branch operations.
• Oversee staff training, scheduling, and daily task assignments.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and stock control.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and assist in handling escalated complaints.
• Ensure the branch complies with operational and quality standards.
• Maintain records for sales, staffing, and operational expenses.
• Supervise closing and opening procedures of the branch.
• Take charge of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
