Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of branch operations to ensure smooth functionality and exceptional customer service.
- Support the Branch Manager in driving sales performance and achieving targets.
- Lead and motivate a team, conducting training and offering guidance to optimize their potential.
- Manage stock levels and oversee inventory processes to ensure accurate records and timely replenishments.
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Oversee compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
Candidate Criteria
- Experience in a similar supervisory or management role within retail or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in stock management and sales reporting systems.
- A customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
