Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily management of branch operations to ensure smooth functionality and exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Branch Manager in driving sales performance and achieving targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team, conducting training and offering guidance to optimize their potential.
  • Manage stock levels and oversee inventory processes to ensure accurate records and timely replenishments.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.

Candidate Criteria

  • Experience in a similar supervisory or management role within retail or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in stock management and sales reporting systems.
  • A customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: £27,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
