RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the implementation of the annual Dare brand plan and Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with the Dare Marketing Team
• Partner with the Iced Coffee Marketing Team to execute best-in-class communications and key brand activations
• Manage on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity) and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements
• Collaborate cross functionally as a project lead to explore, champion and manage projects and deliver on business cases through Stage Gate
• Engage with our agency partners to create & execute bold, disruptive, unmissable brand plans
