The Greek leading Biscuits & Bakery company Ε.J. PAPADOPOULOS S.A. is seeking to employ a talented, self-motivated: Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting to Senior Brand Manager The role: In this position, you will play a significant role in supporting Senior Brand Managers on various campaigns, product launches, and digital tactics. You will be responsible for assisting Marketing team and contribute to the development of communication strategy & plans, in line with the overall brand positioning. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation in both national and international markets, improve consumer experience and drive growth. How you will contribute: Support brand development and marketing strategies Be responsible for the Labelling process for all product launches, in collaboration with internal and external partners Execute effectively communication and media actions Handle monthly social media calendars Analyze and synthesize data from various resources Meet deadlines in multi-site and cross functional context Assist Marketing team in preparing quarterly business reviews Help on monthly budget control Keep Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices and proactively sharing insights with the marketing team What you will bring: 1 - 2 years’ experience in relevant role preferably in food industry Bachelor’s degree and/or MSc in Marketing Management or Business Administration Bilingual (Greek and English) is a must Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications Ability to prioritize and coordinate with a great degree of flexibility in order to meet deadlines Team player with strong collaboration skills Effective communication; navigating through different audiences Ability to work on cross functional teams and cross cultural environment Ability to travel abroad based on business needs High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
