Position Summary The ABM will be responsible for assisting in the management of the GMI Exports Business including project management, developing and deploying marketing plans for top 6 markets. Relevant experience in Exports business, especially in F&B / FMCG would be highly preferred. Main Responsibilities Develop ATL & BTL Marketing plans for the year for Top 6 Markets including but not limited to -Media, Consumer Promo and Visibility. Build and track timelines and lead Cross-functional team to deliver the project basis market needs. Work closely with the internal cross-function teams, external state holders and lead multiple external agencies for business objective, campaign development and program execution excellence. Understanding of Consumer Behaviour in International Markets. Identify new ways to Build Brand Equity and Awareness with the right TG. Monitor related market/competitor/consumer trend, analysis to develop brand strategies and campaigns. Track and share monthly business analysis with internal teams to help understand trends. Routine Management including A&CP spending. Minimum Qualifications Degree: Master’s Degree Years of experience: At least 2 years relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG/F&B industry, with commodity brands/exports business would be a plus. Experience of leading multiple agencies at the same time to achieve one goal. Solid project management experience and ability to handle multitask with high sense of urgency to achieve each project timeline accurately. Ability to work with tight schedule and used to high working pace and high pressure with high flexibility. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal functions and external parties. Positive thinking with strong growth mindset, action attitude and open-minded for the teamwork. Fluent in written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications MBA from Tier 1 college Personal fit with the Company's culture: passionate, quality and results-oriented, high level of integrity, supportive, open, flexible, and focused.
