RESPONSIBILITIES The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for end-to-end portfolio management, brand communication, and campaign execution for the Gucci Face & Eye category. The role also covers POSM management and cross-channel promotion mechanisms to build brand desirability and drive long-term consumer engagement and sales. Your main focus: Manage the product portfolio by tracking performance, inventory, and lifecycle stages, while supporting the analysis of sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Apply understanding of local consumers, customers, and competitors to adapt global license guidelines and policies for local implementation, while also serving as a strong local voice in proposing new initiatives. Lead and execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and engagement. Coordinate product launches, events, and promotional activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Manage marketing materials, POSM, and inventory to ensure timely availability and brand consistency across markets. YOU ARE A COTY FIT As an experienced role, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: 3+ years’ experience in Marketing, luxury beauty marketing will be a credit. With excellent track record in flawless launch management, S&OP. Project Management: Ability to work independently to deliver project deliverables. Strong communication, and good at coordinating and mobilizing the internal and external resources. Fluent Mandarin & English capability. Strong beauty sense and Luxury taste.
