The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products and other food products categories & solutions under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.Job Responsibilities Drive brand performance and profitability of the assigned portfolio, with ownership of volume and market share targets. Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, including annual marketing plans and long-term growth initiatives. Identify consumer insights and market opportunities, translating them into actionable growth platforms. Manage and deliver the innovation pipeline, including new product development, renovations, and portfolio optimization. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels with measurable impact. Channel marketing experience in managing channel support to drive channel growth and brand exposure across different channels. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, driving corrective actions and continuous optimization. Own category and competitive analysis, providing strategic recommendations to strengthen market positioning. Manage agency partners (creative, media, and digital) to ensure high-quality, timely, and effective campaign delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and other stakeholders) to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives. Manage the assigned marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI delivery. Support and mentor junior team members (e.g., Brand Executives) where applicable. Person Specifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field CIM/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG Proven experience in handling end-to-end brand ownership and campaign delivery with channel marketing exposure Strong understanding of consumer insights, analytics, and market research tools Experience in new product development and innovation management Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management and performance tracking Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Strong project management skills with a focus on execution excellence and results.
