Marketing, PR & Branding: Work closely with Brand Manager/ Business Manager to develop annual marketing calendar with full marketing activities and budget spend Plan and coordinate with Marketing team to execute marketing activities: product launches, events, outpost animation, in-store animation,… Liaise with principal for execution of branding/ marketing activities. Assist on monthly budget tracking Ensure and maximize monthly product exposure on both digital & print media channel Prepare monthly in-store promotion scheme and coordinate with MKT & Retail Ops for execution to make sure that every counter understand well and have enough stocks to apply the promotion. Apply for promotion license & communicate with retailers about the program Prepare monthly marketing activities report. 2. Merchandising and inventory: Follow and execute visual merchandising guidelines from principals at all counters to make sure that all visuals are all in usage right Prepare for new counter set up (if any) Accountable for brands’ inventory levels, stock forecasting for existing & new products, stock management to ensure all POS are well stocked, no potential loss of sales and maintain healthy inventory turnover ratio Complete all necessary reports timely. 3. Operation: Assist logistic team in custom clearance process by providing related documents. Take lead in prepare legal documents for product notification Work with local suppliers to produce POSM: blotter card, paper bag, voucher Arrange all payment requests for brand spending 4. Budget & Operations: Support P&L management Ensure timely execution of projects within approved spend Ensure calculated risks and focus to drive profitability. Coordinate internal approvals and administrative processes Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, merchandising, or retail operations (experience in beauty, or luxury retail is a strong advantage). Solid understanding of brand management, campaign execution, and budget tracking. Hands-on experience in coordinating product launches, promotions, in-store activations, and events.
