About the role We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Brand Manager to lead social media and community-building initiatives for moomoo Thailand. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing always-on content, growing our online investor communities, and creating meaningful offline community engagement. You will also lead social listening and community insights to help the team better understand local conversations, audience sentiment, and emerging opportunities. You will work closely with the local Branding team, regional HQ teams, and external partners to build a locally relevant and consistent brand presence across social and community touchpoints. As the Thailand business grows, this role may also support broader brand initiatives and customer engagement projects. Assitant Brand Manager Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Management Own and manage moomoo Thailand’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LINE OA, and future platforms such as YouTube and TikTok Develop social media strategies aligned with brand, community, and business objectives Plan and manage monthly content calendars and publishing schedules across channels Execute always-on social programmes and support the amplification of key brand and product campaigns Leverage social media management and publishing tools to improve content distribution, increase organic traffic, optimise content exposure, and build a high-quality and engaged follower base through effective channel and account management Ensure a consistent, locally relevant, and engaging brand presence across all social touchpoints Monitor platform developments and recommend new formats or channel opportunities 2. Social Content Planning & Execution Develop content pillars, themes, and ideas based on audience interests, investment conversations, seasonal moments, and market trends Translate brand and campaign priorities into channel-specific social content plans Collaborate closely with the Creative Designer to produce engaging social assets Coordinate content production, review, approval, scheduling, and publishing across channels Localise global and regional social content for the Thailand market Review content performance and continuously optimise formats, topics, and posting approaches 3. Online Community Management & Growth Build and grow moomoo Thailand’s online investor communities across Facebook Groups, LINE OpenChat, etc. Develop community engagement plans that encourage meaningful participation and recurring interaction Manage day-to-day community conversations, comments, and member engagement Identify recurring customer questions, concerns, and content needs from community discussions Establish community guidelines, moderation processes, and escalation protocols Develop initiatives that strengthen member participation, advocacy, retention, and sense of belonging Support community seeding activities across relevant online investment communities 4. Social Listening, Insights & Reporting Monitor social media, online communities, and investment-related conversations to identify emerging trends, topics, risks, and opportunities Track audience sentiment and conversations relating to moomoo, competitors, investing platforms, and the investment market Consolidate customer and community feedback into actionable insights for Brand, Product, Customer Service, and other internal teams Prepare regular reports covering channel growth, engagement, content performance, community health, sentiment, and key learnings Recommend content and engagement actions based on social listening and community insights 5. Offline Community Events & Engagement Plan and execute community events, including investor workshops, educational sessions, networking activities, community meetups, and thought leadership programs Develop event topics and engagement formats based on relevant market cycles, earnings seasons, macroeconomic releases, product education needs, and major investment-related moments Plan and execute investor-focused events tailored to different audience segments, including beginner investors, experienced US equity traders, and Options traders Work with internal investment, product, and content specialists to ensure event themes are timely, accurate, educational, and appropriate for the intended audience Coordinate event communications, registration, attendee engagement, venue logistics, and on-ground execution while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver high-quality community experiences Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual identity are consistently applied across all event touchpoints Build recurring community programs that connect online engagement with offline experiences 6. Local Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration Stay up to date with Thailand’s social media landscape, digital culture, consumer behaviour, and investment-related trends Provide local insights and cultural context to TH & HQ teams to improve the relevance of the content and initiatives Collaborate with Brand, Creative, PR, and other internal teams to maintain consistent communication across customer touchpoints Support broader brand and customer engagement initiatives as the business and role scope develop 3–5 years of experience in social media, community management, content marketing, digital marketing, or brand-related roles Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken, to support local execution and regional coordination Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, particularly for working with regional stakeholders and materials Proven experience managing brand social media channels and developing social media strategies Solid understanding of Thailand’s digital culture, social media behaviours, and local consumer context, with hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LINE as core channels; experience with X, TikTok, and YouTube is an advantage Strong understanding of content planning, channel management, platform best practices, and audience engagement Hands-on experience managing online communities, including moderation, engagement, and community growth, with trong judgement in handling customer comments, sensitive issues, and escalation situations Experience using social listening tools or analysing social and community conversations Experience planning and executing small-scale events, workshops, or customer engagement programmes Strong interest in and working knowledge of financial markets, with the ability to quickly identify relevant market developments, investment themes, and content opportunities for social and community engagement Personal investing experience or professional exposure to US equities and US Options is strongly preferred; familiarity with Hong Kong stocks, Thai equities, ETFs, and margin trading is an advantage Prior experience in fintech, brokerage, financial services, investment platforms, or other high-trust industries is strongly preferred We offer a comprehensive and holistic work experience and package as follows: • Competitive compensation and benefits • Fun-loving and diverse work environment • Business casual work attire every day Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
