Responsibilities
  1. Lead brand management responsibilities for ‘That’s Nuts’

  • You will then be responsible for growing the brand moving forwards, leading project and timeline management, sales execution, design and artwork & shopper assets for new flavours & PPA. In addition, you’ll work closely with the Season & Events team to define the 2026 execution strategy for That’s Nuts, through World Cup, Christmas and other key seasonal moments.
  • Your final responsibility will be to define the longer-term strategy & growth ambition for Nuts, working closely with Sector on broader opportunities.
  1. Lead PepsiCo’s Other Savoury strategy
  • Other Savoury is a key growth opportunity for PepsiCo as we explore new product categories and packaging innovation.
  • You would lead the cross-functional definition & alignment of the strategy, but also the gate process, design and artwork, shopper assets, and creative campaign development behind key projects. You will also need to work closely with R&D and our cross-functional partners.
  1. Lead portfolio packaging innovation
  • You will be responsible for partnering with our global teams to bring new rigid packaging innovation to life in the UK.
  • Our goal is to expand our portfolio pack offerings during key seasons and events with a focus on Christmas 2026.
