The Opportunity This isn’t your typical Assistant Brand Manager role. We’re looking for someone ambitious, hungry and ready to build something big. You’ll support the development and execution of brand strategy, innovation and activation plans to drive sustainable growth across our growing portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help translate consumer insights into compelling brand initiatives across product, packaging, communications and in-store execution. You’ll come from a fast-paced, high-performance FMCG or consumer brand environment, have experience working with growing brands, and be excited by the opportunity to be part of a unique global expansion story across APAC. What You’ll Be Doing Brand & Portfolio Management Support the delivery of annual Global brand plans aligned to our category and business strategy Manage day-to-day brand activities including packaging updates, artwork approvals and asset management Assist in tracking brand health metrics including penetration, share, salience, NPS and brand equity Innovation & Renovation Support NPD and renovation projects across the Stage-Gate process Coordinate cross-functional inputs (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales) to deliver projects on time and in budget Prepare consumer-ready concepts, pack copy and launch materials Ensure image library databases are kept up to date and relevant Consumer & Market Insights Analyse consumer, category and shopper data (Nielsen, Circana, loyalty and panel data) Support insight generation to inform Global brand strategy, claims, pricing and promotions Assist with qualitative and quantitative research briefs and post-analysis Activation & Campaign Execution Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and in-store Manage agencies (creative, media, research) on specific deliverables Coordinate campaign roll-out with Sales, eCommerce and Field teams Commercial & Financial Support Assist with forecasting, promotional evaluation and post-campaign ROI analysis Support budget tracking and all aspects of PO management Support the preparation of presentations for internal and external forums (sales conferences, range reviews, leadership updates) What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years’ experience in an Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing Executive or Graduate Brand role (FMCG or consumer brands essential) Experience working as a self-starter in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Strong analytical capability and commercial mindset Comfortable working with data, insights and multiple stakeholders Highly organised with strong attention to detail A proactive, curious, “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or similar What we’re about Welcome to RPF, where we believe in keeping it Real.
