We are recruiting to fill the position below:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of brand marketing experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or managing a financial institution brand.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for building brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Execution – Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and preference.
  • Digital Marketing & Content – Support content creation, social media engagement, and performance tracking to ensure brand consistency.
  • Market & Consumer Insights – Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Campaign Management – Work with agencies and internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking – Monitor key brand health metrics and optimize initiatives for impact.
  • Partnerships & Activations – Identify and execute strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
