POSITION SUMMARY:

Step into a legacy. Grow into a brand. We’re seeking a driven, polished professional with luxury experience to join Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Vancouver. This is not a traditional sales role. As Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll become part of a highly selective team trusted with stewarding one of the world’s most iconic brands. You don’t need to be a Rolls-Royce expert, we’ll train you. But you must understand the luxury customer, carry yourself with quiet confidence, and have the discipline to learn quickly and perform consistently. What You’ll Do

• Nurture Ultra-High Net Worth Relationships: Build trust with discerning clients and referral networks who expect flawless service and absolute discretion.
• Immerse in Brand Mastery: Develop deep product knowledge and brand expertise through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
• Deliver Bespoke Experiences: Lead clients through highly personalized journeys from first engagement to test drive to delivery and beyond.
• Support Events and Activations: Represent the brand at select events, private previews, and curated experiences, becoming a familiar and trusted face.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Support day-to-day brand operations including digital lead management, follow-up workflows, test drive coordination, and handover execution.
• Execute with Precision: Ensure every vehicle handover is handled seamlessly and professionally, upholding both the brand promise and the customer’s expectations.

Who You Are

• Luxury Fluent: You’ve worked in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, personal shopping, or boutique financial services. You get the pace, the expectations, and the unspoken rules.
• Composed and Polished: You carry yourself with quiet confidence, emotional intelligence, and professional presence.
• Growth-Minded: You’re hungry to learn, coachable, and motivated to grow into a senior brand role over time.
• Operationally Sharp: You’re organized, digitally competent, and don’t let details slip.
• Multilingual an Asset: Fluency in Mandarin, Farsi, Punjabi, or Hindi is a strong advantage in our market.
• Licensed and Ready: You hold a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
