TTI is currently seeking a Assistant Brand Manager to join our team in 31 Gilby Rd, Mount Waverley, VIC, 3149. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your key duties will include:

SUMMARY

The Assistant Brand Manager will work as part of a multidisciplinary marketing team and support the development of brand strategies and brand activations to engage customers and drive demand. Core responsibilities include managing new product launch (NPL’s) and supporting content, assisting with campaign and sales initiatives execution and supporting communication & budget management processes.

Responsibilities

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

  • Assist Marketing Manager with developing annual and multi-year brand plans innovation pipelines and retail marketing calendars to drive equity and growth.
  • Assist Brand Managers with developing and executing campaigns/sprints.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams and support the alignment to brand guidelines to deliver consistency of brand in market.
  • Work with packaging design teams to ensure brand packaging guidelines are established and governed.
  • Manage approvals for all Marketing PO’s and PR’s, ensuring all Marketing purchase orders and requests are compliant per the TTI finance and procurement process.
  • Manage A&P budgets for initiatives within which you are the project lead.
