ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Assistant Brand Manager position is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in brand and marketing management. The role will provide broad exposure across our portfolio, with a focus on brand asset management, digital platform updates, and PR administration, ensuring our teams and partners have access to accurate, engaging, and up-to-date materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Maintain and update the central library of brand assets (logos, product images, videos, guidelines).
  • Track usage and version control of assets to ensure alignment with global brand standards.
  • Support the upkeep of brand and trade platforms (SharePoint, DAM, intranet, e-commerce portals, etc.).
  • Upload and refresh content, ensuring accuracy and relevance for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support to Brand Managers in campaign execution by coordinating materials, timelines, and approvals.
  • Help prepare basic reports or presentations for marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Assist in gathering competitor activity, industry trends, and consumer insights.
  • Support PR activities by maintaining media contact lists, monitoring coverage, and updating PR calendars.
  • Help coordinate product samples and media requests for journalists, influencers, and events.
  • Assist with preparing press materials, press releases, and internal communications where needed.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team (PO management, budget tracking, meeting coordination).Help maintain records and prepare regular updates on asset usage, platform performance, and PR activity.
