You’ll own execution, manage agencies, and see your work land in‑market quickly.  What You'll Own End‑to‑end execution of campaigns, activations and product launches AFL sponsorship delivery and integrated marketing activity Agency management across creative, media and production Retail, shopper and channel activation Timeline, budget and A&P management Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Shopper, Category, Supply and Creative  What We're Looking For This role suits a confident Assistant Brand Manager ready for broader ownership and complexity.   You’ll bring: 1–4 years’ experience in brand or marketing roles (FMCG or alcohol preferred) Proven experience delivering campaigns or activations end‑to‑end Strong project management across multiple workstreams Commercial awareness (budgets, performance, outcomes) Confidence working with agencies and internal stakeholders A proactive, solutions-focused mindset   Nice to have: Experience in alcohol, FMCG or regulated categories Exposure to innovation, packaging or go‑to‑market launches Understanding of digital, social and content execution  Why Join Vinarchy?
