QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing within the F&B industry (Luxury Hospitality background, ideally)
Proven experience in managing PR strategies, influencer marketing, and offline campaign execution.
Experience in media and KOL relationship management, including content collaboration and pitching.

SKILLS:

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor, media, and KOL relationship management.
High proficiency in budget management, ROI analysis, and performance tracking.
Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to adjust strategies effectively.
Creative and innovative mindset to craft compelling brand and campaign stories.
Language: English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager will support the Marketing Director and Brand Marketing Manager in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives. The role will lead the planning, execution, performance review, and budget management of all marketing-related activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for CPG’s portfolio to drive business growth.
Determine marketing priorities and establish relevant measurement metrics aligned with business goals.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, and new shop openings
Lead and implement PR strategies, including influencer marketing, to enhance the brand image of CPG and its portfolio.
Build, maintain, and manage key media and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships to foster brand growth and business success.
Drive brand and campaign storytelling through media, KOL, and influencers, including crafting messaging, media pitching, and managing KOL content collaboration.
Source and manage agencies and vendors.
Ensure high-quality execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on agency deliverables and client satisfaction.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and management of resources.
Conduct ROI analysis on marketing campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance optimization.
Work closely with the Marketing Director, Brand Marketing Manager, and other departments to align marketing initiatives and business goals.
Support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative, efficient, and effective execution of marketing efforts.
