We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help support the ambitious growth of our brands across Australia and New Zealand in a growing category, where no two days will be the same.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager ANZ, you'll play a key role in bringing to life activations, innovation, trade marketing initiatives and working closely on customer service and experience.  The Role

This isn’t your average Assistant Brand Manager role, no two days will be the same. One day you'll be helping launch a new product, the next you'll be planning and playing part in a large-scale sampling activation, analysing market trends or collaborating with sales teams to bring a trade marketing campaign to life.

You'll work closely with marketing, sales, operations, customer service and external agency partners to help drive awareness, trial and engagement across Australia and New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple consumer touchpoints
• Leading the execution of our always-on sampling program to drive awareness and trial
• Coordinating trade marketing initiatives, POS development and retailer activations
• Assisting with new product development and product launch projects
• Managing packaging, promotional materials and GS1 processes for product launches
• Manage day to day customer service & sponsorship queries via our customer service platform
• Monitoring market, category and competitor trends and sharing insights with the business
• Supporting monthly reporting, forecasting and performance analysis
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, agencies and external suppliers

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're proactive, organised, curious and excited by the pace of a growing FMCG business. You'll bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
• 1-2 years' experience in a marketing, brand, trade marketing or FMCG-related role
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• A commercial mindset with an interest in consumer trends and category insights
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work across a broad range of stakeholders
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved wherever needed
• High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• A positive, energetic and collaborative approach
