Job Description Join our resort team as Assistant Breakfast Manager and help deliver exceptional morning dining experiences. Support the Breakfast Manager in the daily operation of the buffet breakfast and Bar Capri à la carte service Ensure seamless set-up, service, and close-down procedures across both venues Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and guest flow management Coordinate with kitchen teams for timely and consistent dish delivery Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, waste control, and inventory checks Lead by example in providing warm, attentive, and personalised service Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Oversee guest seating strategies to maximise comfort and efficiency Ensure all dietary requirements and special requests are met with care Supervise, motivate, and support breakfast team members Assist in onboarding and training new staff on service standards and procedures Foster a positive, teamwork-focused environment Lead team briefings and daily task allocation Qualifications Requirements Experience in hospitality or food & beverage service, ideally in a resort or hotel Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Additional Information Why Join Us?
