Today, our brewery is all about great beer, great vibes, and bringing people together through community events, live music, and good times on the patio and in the taproom.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an Assistant Brewer to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting the brewing process from grain to glass. If you’re passionate about craft beer, detail-oriented, and excited to learn, this could be the role for you.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous brewing experience (homebrewing or professional) is an asset, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and work on your feet for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.

• Assist in all aspects of brewing operations, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermentation, and packaging.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, kegs, and workspaces (a huge part of brewing).
• Monitor fermentation and cellar work (gravity checks, dry hopping, transferring, etc.).
• Help maintain brewing logs, records, and inventory.
• Support the Head Brewer with recipe execution and quality control.
• Work safely with chemicals, pumps, and pressurized systems.
